From Insight to Action to Impact

Our services help your organisation systematically advance people’s well-being and development!

First, we help you understand the core need and set objectives for positive change. Next, we support you in designing an effective solution. Then we evaluate how well the actions are working so you can learn from the results. That way, you can refine your approach for an even greater impact.

Applied Research, Analysis, and Service Design

Our strength is in combining methods for both research and stakeholder engagement. We are equally comfortable analysing academic articles and conducting interviews on complex topics.

To meet research objectives, we use both qualitative and quantitative methods. We also involve key stakeholders in setting goals, gathering information, and forming conclusions.

As a small enterprise, we create project-based teams for larger assignments by collaborating with independent experts and other organisations. For more extensive tenders, we generally participate as joint bidders.

Consulting and Mentoring

Sometimes leaders and teams benefit from an experienced outside perspective, additional expertise, or short-term practical support to achieve their goals more effectively.

We can arrange different formats to advise leaders and teams, including preparing or refining written materials, one-on-one meetings, or workshops for a broader group.

We always prepare thoroughly, which means that alongside asking the necessary clarifying questions, we provide valuable input right from the very first meeting.

Speaking Engagements and Training

We provide well-structured, engaging information and inspiration. We clarify complex, multi-layered topics in a concise, practical manner—without oversimplifying.

Sometimes getting to know each other through a single event, such as a talk or a training session, is the smartest first step before considering a long-term collaboration.

Podcast Creation

Have you ever been tempted to use a podcast to help achieve your goals? If so, it’s certainly worth considering. You might even be producing one already.

But what if your podcast covers topics such as well-being or environmental protection? How does a podcast that intentionally aims for a positive impact succeed, compared to “just another popular show”?

Drawing on our experience with the “Mis mõttes?” podcast, we share practical insights and tools for making podcasts with social impact. We can also support you with concept development, hosting, and recording.
