Focused on People, Impactfully

Our mission is to increase organisations’ positive impact on people’s well-being and development.

We Truly Are Analytical and Creative

To launch and successfully carry out genuinely impactful activities, you need both analytical thinking and creativity.

On the analytical side, we have contributed as consultants and researchers to developing the impact assessment of three interventions. Each received a “Good” readiness rating from the Prevention Science Council of the National Institute for Health Development, placing them in the established preventive interventions category. These interventions include:

  • Peahea (in an expert role)
  • SPIN (leading an analysis project to strengthen evidence of impact)
  • STEP (creating the impact assessment framework and conducting mid-term and final evaluations)

On the creative side, we produce the popular “Mis mõttes?” podcast—a dynamic format that makes exploring mental health system challenges accessible and engaging.

We follow five guiding principles

1. We are curious about all factors that influence people’s well-being and growth.

2. We simplify complex areas and processes so they’re easier to understand and manage.

3. We value purposeful flexibility, seeing it as a key part of professionalism.

4. We combine analysis and creativity—for example, through visualisation and podcasting.

5. We keep both feet on the ground, aware that we can’t improve everything at once and that even well-meaning actions can sometimes have negative side effects.

For Larger Assignments, We Form Project-Based Teams

As a small enterprise, we create project-based teams for more extensive tasks, working with both independent experts and other organisations.

Example: We provided consultancy for a nationwide youth programme that combines football training with life skills development.

Our assembled team included:

  1. An expert with over ten years of experience in football
  2. A researcher who earned a degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and a degree in Neuro- and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Tübingen.
