We enhanced youth organisations’ knowledge and skills in the Baltic States on social impact planning, management, evaluation, and communication.

A comprehensive and practical impact management toolkit was developed after mapping the needs of youth associations.

Objective

Increase the knowledge and skills of youth organisations in the Baltic States in social impact planning, management, evaluation, and communication.

Activities

The project’s main output was a thorough, practical toolbox covering nine topics, developed after mapping the needs of youth associations and social enterprises working with young people.

Additional useful materials were also created, and international training sessions were held, earning positive feedback from participants.
